blm_messages to the world

this set of images was taken at a Black Lives Matter protest in London, June 2020.

Through carefully framing images of people, as well as the sea of signage which dominated the urban landscape, the collection seeks to capture a sense of the physicality of protest grounded in place and the materiality of cardboard messages that circulate the globe.
